Ilze Ribeiro is a self-employed property management and lifestyle professional based in Ponta do Pargo. Having recently relocated to Madeira, she is building a full-service home and lifestyle company designed to give AL property owners and private clients complete peace of mind.

She is currently engaged as a Personal Lifestyle Assistant to a private expat family and household in Madeira — a role encompassing nutritional meal planning and preparation, daily household support, and property care.

Ilze brings a rare combination of hands-on property operations experience — having managed a private estate, guesthouse, and nature reserve in South Africa — together with eight years of professional sales, marketing, and digital marketing experience in London.

Her background in goldsmith and jewellery design, practised privately, speaks to a rare creative precision and an innate understanding of aesthetics and bespoke client needs — something that informs everything from property presentation to personalised guest experiences.
